Op dit moment is er een update van het anti-virus programma van ESET NOD32 doorgevoerd waardoor verschillende systemen hinder van ondervinden. Dit kan communicatie met uw server of de internetverbinding veroorzaken. Wanneer u hier hinder of problemen van ondervindt vragen wij om uw begrip. KC-Automatisering is bezig met om bij al haar klanten dit probleem te verhelpen. Indien wij op uw server dit probleem hebben aangevonden of u hebt dit probleem bij ons aangemeld dan nemen na het verhelpden van dit probleem contact met u op.

Update 5418 released today at 14:36 CET might under some circumstances cause a sudden crash of EKRN.EXE service. This crash was caused by an error in the process which handles upgrading the engine to the latest version. We received rare reports of additional related issues with applications using ESET plugins.

In most cases there is no need to take any steps to remedy the situation as the EKRN.EXE service is automatically restarted and thus all ESET Products are fully functional. As of now we are investigating whole issue and working on possible ways of how to fix this issue. We will keep you updated as soon as there is any new development in this issue.
